Your Key Responsibilities: A Blend of Learning and Impact
This role is your gateway to understanding the complete ecosystem of agricultural finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Relationship Building: Support in forging and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) clients in the agri-sector. You will learn the art of client engagement from the ground up.
Needs-Based Financial Solutions: Learn to meticulously assess the unique needs and challenges of each client. You will be trained to design and deliver effective financial products—be it for crop loans, equipment financing, or working capital—that provide real solutions.
Portfolio Management Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in monitoring the performance and profitability of the agricultural loan portfolio. This will give you a macro-level understanding of risk and reward in the agri-finance domain.

Master's Degree in Agriculture (M tech, M.Sc Ag) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly desired.
B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering. Your expertise in farm machinery, irrigation systems, soil and water conservation, and post-harvest technology is invaluable. You understand the "hardware" of agriculture, and we want you to help finance it!
