What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A solid foundation of 1.5 years or more within the Tractor Industry. You understand the terrain, the customers, and the unique dynamics of this sector.

  • Education: A relevant academic background, including:

    • Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering

    • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

    • Diploma / B.Tech in Agriculture

    • MBA in Marketing
