Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Agriculture Engineering

  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply

  • Age Limit: Must not be more than 28 years

  • Skills Required:

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Basic knowledge of tractor parts and agricultural machinery

    • Ability to manage dealer networks and ensure spare parts availability

    • Field coordination and report management capability

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Field Officer – Aftermarket Spares, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the supply and sales of genuine spare parts for tractors and implements.

  • Coordinating with authorized dealers and service centers.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient delivery and service.

  • Collecting market feedback and competitor analysis.

  • Promoting TAFE’s spare parts through local campaigns and awareness programs.

  • Handling daily reports and maintaining accurate inventory data.

This role requires field travel, teamwork, and close coordination with the regional office to maintain market presence and ensure customer trust.
