(Area Handling: Bikaner, Ganganagar, Hanumgarh, Nagaur

Role & Responsibilities

Position: Location Sales Manager – New Tractor Finance
Division: Tractor Loan Division (New & Used Tractors)

As a Location Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of field officers and first-level supervisors.

  • Handle and motivate a team of 8–10 members to achieve sales and finance targets.

  • Drive business growth for tractor finance and maintain strong dealer and customer relations.

  • Ensure smooth processing of tractor loans and maintain portfolio quality.

Salary Package

CTC: ₹7 to ₹12 Lakhs per annum (Based on overall profile)
Additional benefits include conveyance and performance-based incentives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Asset Finance or Tractor Loan Industry.

  • Strong background in team management and leadership.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets with a large field team (8–10+ members).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
